DeAndre R. Jones is a licensed attorney in the State of North Carolina, focusing his practice areas on business formation, corporate transactions, and entertainment law. He advises entrepreneurs, small businesses, and creative professionals on matters involving entity structuring, contract drafting and negotiation, and compliance. DeAndre’s approach blends legal precision with a strategic understanding of modern business and the creative economy.

A native of Texas, DeAndre attended Harker Heights High School, where his leadership and discipline earned him a full athletic scholarship to the University of Wyoming, where he played Cornerback for the University of Wyoming Cowboys. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and later applied his skills as a Digital Media Manager, developing brand strategies and advertising campaigns—experience that informs his counsel to clients in entertainment and media ventures.

DeAndre earned his Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law, where he served in leadership roles with the Business Law Association and Black Law Students Association. While in law school, he gained valuable experience clerking with Henderson & Henderson, LLC, where he assisted in drafting corporate and transactional documents along with working Personal Injury and Family Law cases for the firm’s clients.

Following law school, DeAndre further developed his transactional practice at C. Davis Firm, P.C., working closely with his mentor. Beginning as a Law Clerk and later advancing to Contract Business Attorney, DeAndre refined his skills in business entity formation, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance, serving a wide range of corporate and small business clients.

His professional background also includes work with Epiq Global, where he gained insight into eDiscovery, data management, and project analysis—skills that enhance his efficiency and attention to detail in corporate and entertainment transactions.
